Earning points
Earn one whole point for each €1 paid for products after discounts, excluding shipping. Points are rounded down per order and added only after payment is confirmed.
Redeeming points
Choose 100 points for 10% off or 200 points for 20% off the products in your next order. A maximum of one reward applies per order, up to 20%. Points have no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
Pending payments
Points selected for a checkout are reserved until the payment succeeds or the checkout is confirmed expired or failed. Returning from the payment page does not automatically release a reservation.
Returns and refunds
Refunds reduce points earned on the refunded spending. A full refund restores the redeemed reward once. A partial refund does not restore redeemed points. If already-spent earned points are reversed, your balance may become negative until future purchases restore it.
Partial refund allocation
Where a refund does not specify products and shipping separately, the refund is allocated proportionally between the paid product value and shipping for points calculations.

Your points balance and history are available in My Profile. Contact us with an order reference if a payment or refund has not been reflected.
