Your right to withdraw
For most online goods, EU consumers have 14 days after delivery to tell the seller they wish to withdraw. Exceptions can apply, including opened sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
How to request a return
Use our contact form with your name and order reference to request a return or withdraw from an order. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Refunds and return costs
The final returns instructions, return-cost information and refund procedure will be published before orders open. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
