Where do you deliver?
We are preparing delivery to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and other EU countries. Final delivery options, prices and estimates are shown before payment.
How much does delivery cost?
Our planned standard EU delivery is €4.95, with free shipping on product orders of €50 or more after discounts. Final charges are confirmed at checkout.
How do Glow points work?
Earn one whole point for each €1 paid for products after discounts, excluding shipping. 100 points can be redeemed for 10% off, or 200 for 20% off the next product order.
Can I return an order?
For most online goods, EU consumers have 14 days after delivery to tell the seller they wish to withdraw. Exceptions can apply, including opened sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
How can I track my order?
Sign in to My Profile to see your order history and current order status. Contact us with your order reference if you need help.
Are payments open?
Our preview collection is ready to explore. Orders will open once the store is ready for its first customers. No payment is collected in this preview.
